CBSE conducts training session for teachers taking part in Board exams

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has recently conducted the annual training cum orientation programme for teachers and principals as a part of board examination. “In order to ensure efficient, smooth, and fair conduct of examinations and timely and error-free declaration of results, the Board conducts orientation programmes for nodal examination trainer from every school affiliated,” CBSE said. The higher authorities in school like Principal, Vice Principal or senior-most teachers with prior examination experience will be considered as the nodal examination trainers.

As many as 13,739 nodal examination trainers participated in 77 training programmes held on January 21
In the training, held on January 21, a total of 13,739 nodal examination trainers have been trained in 77 training programmes.

An added advantage of this training is the dissemination of information amongst various other staff members about the time, schedule of the examination.

CBSE class 10 exam is known as All India Secondary School Exam (AISSE) and the class 12 exam is known as All India Senior School Certificate Exam (AISSCE)

The CBSE board exams will commence from February 15 and admit cards will be released only for students who are eligible by all means including that of mandatory attendance. The list of candidates with short attendance will reach regional offices and the final decision will be taken on or before January 7.
